• 3-5 years of sales experience
• Working knowledge of B2B portal is a must (Indiamart , Alibaba, Trade India , etc)
• Good communication skills in Hindi , English and Gujarati
• Ability to work in target oriented workplace
• Previous work experience in manufacturing company is a must.

• Bachelor in Business Administration or a related field

Job Responsibilities  

• Designing and costing of Electrical panel.
• Develop strategies for pricing of tenders and prepare tender requirement documents. Participate in tender floated by prospective clients and negotiating with suppliers for best pricing
• Analyze different suppliers to obtain the best cost-effective deals
• Coordination, planning, scoping, estimation and tracking
• Relationship management with clients, consultant, OEM s (Original Equipment Manufacturer) & Ensuring smooth business operations
• Ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and safely, meeting customer delivery expectations
• Work extended hours as per job requirements

Qualifications/Skills  

• Ideal candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Electrical Panel manufacturing Field.
• Strong leadership, supervisory skills, organizational, problem solving, and management skills.
• Ability to meet challenging deadlines in an efficient and profitable manner
• Basic computer knowledge - MS Outlook email and MS Excel.
• An analytical mind with strong attention to detail.
• Working knowledge in MCC , PCC , APFC Panel , Control and Relay Panel , Instrumentation Panels , PLC / DCS panel.

• Any Graduate in Any Specialization (Electrical , Instrument & Control , Electronics)
